Operational Standards and Warranty Management

Our technical services, carried out in line with manufacturer and distributor standards, are executed in a manner that preserves brand prestige for products under warranty. For out-of-warranty product groups, fast repair and parts supply processes are completed with care in line with our corporate quality policy, within a framework of transparency and reliability.

End-to-End Traceability and Digital Integration

All technical service activities are managed with an integrated discipline through central recording and tracking systems. From fault acceptance onwards; repair, test, quality control and delivery stages can be monitored in real time. Our central service, with 500 m² of space and 4 different TSE criteria, provides material and technical support to field service points while offering customers repair and logistics services from a single point.

RMA and Integrated Process Management

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes are managed in integration with manufacturers and business partners; return, exchange and reshipment operations are completed quickly, traceably and without error. Thanks to our ERP and software integration infrastructure, all operations, materials and logistics movements are managed centrally, while also providing customers with the ability to monitor service processes and access comprehensive reporting.
