Warranty Terms

— Products sold by Endeks Bilişim are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery against malfunctions arising from manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects. Repairs for such defects will be carried out free of charge, without claiming any labor costs or the cost of replaced parts.


— At FKC Elektronik, the maximum repair period for a product is 20 business days. This period starts from the date the product is delivered to the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer, or manufacturer. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent on repair shall be added to the warranty period.


— For repairs or replacements within the scope of the warranty, the consumer is obliged to present the warranty card and purchase invoice upon request.


— If, within one year and during the warranty period, the same fault recurs more than twice, or different faults occur more than four times, resulting in continuous inability to benefit from the product; or if the maximum repair period is exceeded; or if there is no service station available; or if it is determined by report through the seller, dealer, agency, or representative channel that the fault cannot be repaired, the product shall be replaced free of charge.


— Repairs are carried out at the FKC Elektronik center. Shipping costs to the service center shall be borne by the consumer.


— For products covered by warranty, the following procedures shall apply: Incoming products are first directed to their authorized service centers. If repair is not possible, the product is replaced with a new one. In case of replacement of a defective product, returned RMA products are used first. Each model is replaced primarily with the exact same model. If the same defective model is not in stock, it is replaced with another product of the same brand with equivalent capacity. If no product of the same brand is available in stock, the defective product may be replaced with a product of another brand with equivalent capacity. If stock products cannot satisfy any of the above conditions, the defective product may be replaced with another in-stock product for a certain upgrade fee, or it may be taken back against a return invoice based on the current value determined by Endeks Bilişim.


— Prepared products will not be delivered without the Service Acceptance Form provided at the time of receipt. (For Istanbul-based companies.)


— Under no circumstances will products sent without a waybill/delivery note (including cargo shipments) be accepted.


— Unless specifically requested by the service department, products should not be sent with boxes/accessories; otherwise, no responsibility shall be accepted for any issues arising therefrom.


— All products delivered by hand or sent by cargo as defective must comply with the required transportation conditions.


— For products sent by cargo, the shipping cost to the service center shall be paid by the sender, while the return shipping cost shall be paid by FKC Elektronik.


— Unless otherwise specified, defective products and products sent for replacement requests should not be sent together with a return invoice.


— The product must have a readable barcode serial number belonging to the product. Otherwise, it will not be covered by the warranty.


— For products sent by cargo, they must be shipped together with a delivery note, and the delivery note must include the product’s serial number, model, and fault details. The products listed on the delivery note must also match the package contents. Otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted.


— Defective products and return products must not be sent together.


— The use of the warranty certificate provided with Endeks Bilişim products has been authorized under Law No. 6502 and Communiqué No. TRKGM-95/116-117 issued pursuant thereto, by the General Directorate for Consumer Protection and Competition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, under permit number 24618.


Cases Not Covered by Warranty:

Malfunctions arising from use contrary to the instructions stated in the user manual are outside the scope of the warranty. Damages and faults caused by software, hardware, interface accessories, or consumables used with the product other than those recommended; relocation; incorrect or insufficient maintenance; calibration issues; misuse; accidents; impacts; electrical causes; transportation; natural disasters; improper packaging and transport; cracks or breaks in the product; tampering with screws; removal/tearing of labels; tampering with electronic parts; installation of non-original software/BIOS; and similar situations are excluded from warranty coverage. For products outside the scope of warranty, paid service may be provided upon customer request within the capabilities of the authorized service.
